Conditions to Become a Falcon Helmets Dealer
To become a dealer of Falcon Helmets, sellers need to meet the following criteria: Have a business registration certificate according to the laws of Vietnam.
Currently operating in related fields such as: helmets, sports accessories, products related to sports, means of transportation, fashion, etc.
Have a stable business location situated in an area where Falcon Helmets wishes to open a dealership.
The seller must have healthy financial statements and good financial capacity. Have market activities and good customer relations within the market area managed by that unit.
In cases where the above conditions are not fully met but there is a desire and the area does not yet have a dealer, Falcon may also consider allowing them to become a dealer.

Sales Policies for Falcon Helmets Dealers
Dealers need to sell at the price provided by Falcon. The listed price will be announced by the company and communicated to the dealer in writing.
Dealer Benefits
Sales images are supported.
Dealer information is included on the Falcon Helmets website and advertising materials.
Advertising materials, product introduction materials, technical documents, and catalogs are provided.
Regularly updated with information on new technologies and new products.
Enjoy Falcon Helmets’ preferential warranty policy.
Dealer Responsibilities
Organize product display and introduction.
Allocate a certain area to display and introduce goods (if there is a showroom) or display them on the dealer’s website and online sales pages.
Inform the company about sales status, price fluctuations, and customer feedback on product quality.
Strictly adhere to the terms of the dealer agreement and purchase agreement.
Must not publicly announce on mass media sales prices lower than the company’s nationwide listed retail price.
Annually, Falcon will summarize purchase volume, evaluate business activities, and market development activities to consider and decide on whether to continue the dealership relationship or terminate it.
Principles of Cooperation and Development
Falcon Helmets and dealers cooperate based on the principle of equality and mutual benefit. Any conflicts arising during the cooperation process must be resolved through voluntary negotiation. If the two parties cannot reach an agreement, the conflict will be brought to the Economic Court – People’s Court of Ho Chi Minh City for resolution, and the court’s decision will be final. The losing party will bear all costs.
