Helmet products purchased at official Falcon brand stores have a warranty period of 01 year from the date of purchase.

Cases Covered by Warranty

Genuine products purchased at Falcon Helmet or official Falcon brand dealers that are still within the warranty period.

Products experiencing malfunctions determined to be due to manufacturer’s defects and still within the warranty period: helmet accessories (straps, buckles, liners, adjustment knobs, etc.).

Cases Not Covered by Warranty

Products whose origin cannot be verified as being from Falcon Helmet or official Falcon brand dealers (counterfeit/fake products).

Products damaged due to mechanical impact or showing signs of intentional damage. Falcon Helmets does not warrant the specific structures of the helmet such as the shell/foam.

Unauthorized disassembly or alteration of product structure, misuse, use of non-genuine components.

Cases of Paid Repair

For products purchased at Falcon Helmets or Falcon Helmets dealers that are beyond the warranty period, the company will provide paid repair services to customers.

Instructions on how to measure helmet head circumference

Step 1: Use a measuring tape to wrap around your head, 1cm above your ears and about 2cm above your eyebrows.

Step 2: Tighten the tape to fit snugly around your head and record the measurement.

Step 3: The obtained measurement will correspond to the sizes S(46-53)cm, M(54-57)cm, L(58-60)cm.

Alternatively, you can use a string to wrap around your head, 2cm above your eyebrows. Use a ruler to measure the obtained distance.

When to replace a helmet with a new one?

After 3 years of use, Falcon recommends that you replace your helmet. This is because during use, the helmet is affected by weather and time factors, and the plastic material may be damaged, affecting its protective capability.

Daily use and poor storage may require more frequent helmet replacement to ensure the best protection.

Helmets must always be replaced after an impact or if there are signs of degradation, regardless of whether the damage is visible to the naked eye.

How to clean a helmet?

Remove the helmet lining to wash by hand or use a laundry bag if machine washing. Dry by exposing to mild sunlight.

Use a soft cloth to wipe the outer surface of the helmet. Mild detergents can be used; do not use strong detergents.

Use carnauba wax to polish and make the helmet look better (for products with a glossy paint finish).
