The Falcon F25 is a lightweight, open-face motorcycle helmet with a simple and refined design suitable for both men and women in daily traffic. Its premium construction features a super lightweight and durable carbon fiber shell, along with high-density compressed black EPS foam imported from the USA, providing maximum shock absorption. The helmet meets the QCVN 2:2021/BKHCN standard for motorcycle helmets in Vietnam.

When you own a Falcon F25, you receive a complimentary visor extension to shield from sun and rain. This visor is flexibly detachable for various styles. Inside the helmet is a soft velvet and breathable Coolmax lining, ensuring comfort even when worn for extended periods. This lining is also removable for easy cleaning. Furthermore, the Falcon F25 also utilizes a modern Microlock buckle system, allowing for quick operation while still ensuring a secure fit.

1. Policy for Exchange of Defective Products:

Returned products must be unused and retain their original tags attached.
Applies to one exchange per product, not per invoice or transaction (except in cases of manufacturing defects).
Once a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, Falcon will support an exchange for a new product of the same type. If there is a price difference, the buyer will be responsible for covering the additional cost.

Note: Defective product exchanges are only accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt.

2. Warranty Period:

Helmet products purchased at official Falcon brand stores have a warranty period of 01 year from the date of purchase.

3. Shipping Policy:
