The Falcon F23 is a premium carbon half-helmet with a brim to help shield from sun and rain. Minimalist yet distinctive design, embodying the ‘cool’ spirit without being fussy or having flashy patterns. The helmet is constructed from a carbon fiber shell and high-density compressed black EPS foam imported from the USA, making it extremely sturdy, durable, lightweight, and providing optimal shock absorption. The helmet meets the QCVN 2:2021/BKHCN standard for motorcycle helmets.

The helmet comes with a soft and breathable Coolmax fabric lining, ensuring comfort even when worn for extended periods. This lining is also removable for easy cleaning. Furthermore, the Falcon F23 also uses a modern Microlock buckle system, allowing for quick operation while still ensuring a secure fit.

1. Policy for Exchange of Defective Products:
- Returned products must be unused and retain their original tags attached.
- Applies to one exchange per product, not per invoice or transaction (except in cases of manufacturing defects).
- Once a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, Falcon will support an exchange for a new product of the same type. If there is a price difference, the buyer will be responsible for covering the additional cost.
Note: Defective product exchanges are only accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt.
2. Warranty Period:
Helmet products purchased at official Falcon brand stores have a warranty period of 01 year from the date of purchase.
