Furthermore, the Falcon F16 helmet boasts a sturdy construction with an ABS plastic shell and black EPS foam imported from the USA for optimal impact absorption, meeting motorcycle helmet standards.

1. Defective Product Exchange Policy:
- Exchanged or returned products must be unused and have the original tags attached. Only one exchange is allowed per product, not per invoice or transaction (except in cases of manufacturer defects).
- Products confirmed to have manufacturer defects will be exchanged by Falcon for a new product of the same type. If there is a price difference, the buyer must bear the additional cost.
Note: Defective products can only be exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt.
