1. Defective Product Exchange Policy:
- Returned products must be unused and retain their original tags attached.
- Applies to one exchange per product, not per invoice or transaction (except in cases of manufacturing defects).
- Once a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, Falcon will support an exchange for a new product of the same type. If there is a price difference, the buyer will be responsible for covering the additional cost.
Note: Defective product exchanges are only accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt.
2. Warranty Period:
Helmet products purchased at official Falcon brand stores have a warranty period of 01 year from the date of purchase.
3. Shipping Policy:
- Fast: Shipping method for provinces and cities nationwide.
- Express: Only applicable to districts within Ho Chi Minh City
