• Returned products must be unused and retain their original tags attached.
• Applies to one exchange per product, not per invoice or transaction (except in cases of manufacturing defects).
• Once a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, Falcon will support an exchange for a new product of the same type. If there is a price difference, the buyer will be responsible for covering the additional cost.

Note: Defective product exchanges are only accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt.
