1. Defective Product Exchange Policy:

Products confirmed to have manufacturer defects will be exchanged by Falcon for a new product of the same type. If there is a price difference, the buyer must bear the additional cost.

Note: Defective products can only be exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt.
